If we determine that US Government resources make the most sense, certain requirements must be met before officials can act on the case.  Exedra Partners will work closely with clients in submitting full documentation to the US Government - note that official questionnaires must be signed by an officer of the filing company and if a joint-venture, the Bidder-of-Record as well.  All companies must sign an agreement concerning foreign corrupt practices and bribery.
